Default 550sx-> Ruvbar servo grommets?

Do you guys mount the servos to your heli with the rubber grommets that come with the servos, or do you hard mount them? using jr 8717

Thanks

If it gives me better alignment of the servo to swash links, I use them.

I want my links parallel to the main shaft

I always use the grommets supplied by the servo manufacturer. I also use servo plates to spread the load over both grommets. That provide a firmer hold while still filtering some high freq. vibes. The best of both options!

Me too :-). Every time I order Protos parts I grab a set of the MSH servo adapters. And I'll grab a set of the carbon servo plates like what the T-Rex 600 used to have (maybe still do, idk...). for the other side of the tabs. They work perfect with the Futaba servos I run on all my 500/600 Logos. Couldn't find a good match for the Savox servos in my 480 combo though, so they're mounted using the rubber grommets that came with the servos. They haven't come loose yet....
