Default Spacer vs. grip

Just noticed that one of my blade spacers must have been turning with blade and has been slowly eating into the grip. Might try a drop of bearing retainer to see if I can stop it getting worse.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Yes mine have been digging in also.

This last time i took a file to the grip then some sandpaper

A good sanding on the spacer also.

Which way do you have it installed ? I have the smooth part of the spacer against the blade

I have the smooth side against the blade as shown in the manual.

It would be better if it were a solid piece rather than machined on one side.

Same problem here, on both blade holders. Even after having sanded the four spacers, they still eat the blade holders...
Don't know what to do then

I take them apart and give them a sanding again. Get the galled portion sanded out.

Then repeat .. as needed

I'm certain this is one of those great ides on paper.

But i'm just over 150 flights , and there not trashed.
