Spacer vs. grip
Just noticed that one of my blade spacers must have been turning with blade and has been slowly eating into the grip. Might try a drop of bearing retainer to see if I can stop it getting worse.
Anyone else have the same problem? |

Yes mine have been digging in also.
This last time i took a file to the grip then some sandpaper A good sanding on the spacer also. Which way do you have it installed ? I have the smooth part of the spacer against the blade Martin

I have the smooth side against the blade as shown in the manual.
It would be better if it were a solid piece rather than machined on one side. |

Same problem here, on both blade holders. Even after having sanded the four spacers, they still eat the blade holders...
Don't know what to do then |

I take them apart and give them a sanding again. Get the galled portion sanded out.
Then repeat .. as needed I'm certain this is one of those great ides on paper. But i'm just over 150 flights , and there not trashed. Martin
