Let me start out by saying has Matt ever disappointed you when flying? The guy could fly anything on the market and make it look good! I've watched Matt 3 different times fly the 50 and it performs as well as the 90. It isn't a shadow of its big brother! It does just as well in the hands of Botos. My brag moment, I got see the infamous 200th flight at Joe Nall. At a later date(heliheads funfly) I asked Matt why the belt? He replied, too many in his own club complain how easy it is to tear up a gear in a torque tube assembly even when the tail barely kisses the ground. So with that, he incorporated the belt! He mentioned the characteristics jargon mentioned in above comments also, but the funny thing is, they did an auto-rotation competition and someone with a Trex 600 lightly touch the ground and stripped the tail gear. ....I just bought trex 600 pro, haha! Oh well I'm going to love it regardless!
