co-pilot II hard deck setup error

Hi All,

after weeks of flying with co-pilot II i installed the Hard Deck option but after repeating the procedure twice i still get the same error during preflight:
CCPM servo atv setup error

Anybody knows what todo?

1) Align 450Pro with Co-Pilot II, flown for weeks with no issue
2) Firmware 2.43
3) Quick Setup; done twice with no problems, 0 and +8 degrees without issue
4) HD Led lights up, but when ESC/Rx initialize is done it goes out.

NB. i did disconnect the HD100 during CPII upgrade

Edit: adjusted head links, removed atv on elev and upped swash mix to 60 and the error is gone. Maybe HD setup needs to see > 10 degrees of pitch

works like a charm, time for an intergrated FBL with HD100 from FMA....
