I've got a align 3gx from a trade when I got it I hooked it up and everything worked.i put back in box and has remained there for almost a year well I decided to use it on my 250dfc but it won't bind.it goes into bind mode but when I turn on tx it goes dark thought it was sat rx so I picked up a new one tonight and same thing.anyone got any ideas?

If it is loaded with the new firmware V5.0 then I found that you have to have 3 hands, one to plug in the battery, one to hold the Set button on the 3GX and one to turn on the TX in Bind mode. Make sure you have the bind plug properly installed on the 3GX, I did manage to miss one of the pins and the thing drove me crazy.

If you are using single a DSM2 satellite, connect it to antenna 2 port on 3GX.
