Default MrMel Kontronik Videos Private??
All,

I wanted to review the setup of the HeliJive, and went back to MrMel videos on his website and all the Kontronik Videos are private? I even searched on YoutTube and no joy. I tried multiple browsers and platforms.

I took some notes the first time, but wanted to watch again, I hope they have not been removed.

All my vbar videos are online, its only my Kontronik videos that are offline.
I have to refer you to mail info@kontronik.com for support on kontronik.

Yeah but unfortunatly info@kontronik.com only works about one out of every 5 or 6 tries

Mr Mel on the other hand works ALL the time

Why would you need videos to help set up a Kontronik ESC?

Their thick user manuals cover all aspects of each function in minute detail, in perfectly written, understandable and concise English...

Seriously Kontronik? That's really unfortunate as a lot of us used these videos. It's a shame to see a company ask you to remove those when you are providing better support than they do.

It actually reads like many other Euro based posts/threads particularly from Germany. Sorry for misunderstanding it sounded like a continuation of the Kontronik user manual apologists rap.

As for emailing info@kontronik.com, I believe the company is in the process of doing a little bit of rearrangement to their customer service department. Hopefully at IRCHA, Kontronik will introduce their factory's new customer service person so that those with service issues will have a direct line to quickly obtain the help that they need.

Very strange! Mr. Mel did a good job, the manual assumes you already understand how to set up the ESC (typically "German" and my grandfather German so I say without bias!) and Mr. Mel helped a lot. Maybe Kontronik will get smart and allow the help again.
