FPV is one of the things I want to do with the 450 X...but was concerned about adding nose weight, albeit just a couple of grams......
TIA!!
Would LOVE to see your aerial shots, if you can post them!!
Happy Flying!!
I moved the battery up just a bit and cog seemed pretty good but I don't know if I'm good enough to notice since the beast would compensate if it was off. My video was hard to watch without getting sick. It had the waves in the image that many people have when using keychain cameras. I had it attached with Velcro and then I realized that allowed the camera to sway. I attached it more securely on another flight and it was about 50% better.

I'm going to continue working on my video setup and I'll post setup details and video when I get descent video. If you mount it like I did don't expect usable video

Heli.....
Thanks for the info!!!
Good to know about the less-than-stellar video....I'd heard that from others who've used the key chain camera....Thinking it may have something to do with the rx using 2.4GHz technology....kinda like microwave ovens and (older model) cordless phones.....
I've put my AMA # on the bottom of my canopy...so if I DO play with a camera mount...it'll have to be on the skid, I guess.....
Happy Flying!

Nicky- Nice looking Blade, very clean. The CF tail looks sweet. Where did you get those Skektrum stickers? Would like to put a couple on mine as well.

Flies very well with them. I had some cheapo carbons I was using before but had these kicking around so I tossed them on. They do feel nice, have more pop than the cheapo ones. I didn't get a chance to fly the stock blades since they were so far out of balance I had to toss em in the mismatch bin.

And thanks, done with the fleet for now. Only other heli on my list is the warp 360 due out later this year.

Default More upgrade photos of my 450 x

Carbon tail boom, fins, rotors, and thunder power rc blades, aluminum canopy mounts and tm1000. just added black landing gear, aluminum servo arms, aluminum horizontal fin mount (helps with carbon fin), aliminum tail boom support rods, and aluminum stabilizer bar.
i really like the black landing gear the most though!

Proud new owner! I've only put two packs through it. WOW, WHAT A HELI! So much pop and so smooth. It's a giant MCPx!
