Default Kosmik 16s

Has anyone heard, or has it already been discussed, about Kontronik working on a 16s capable speedy?

16s will surely be the go for TDS speed runs

YGE has the capability, will not fit TDS without mods. Sure that K will come up with one at about $1000!

TP sells 8S packs. Prob 4000mah 8S packs would get you pretty close to a 5000mah 12S setup in terms of weight and flight time.

Closest they have is 3850mah and 4400mah 8S cells. 4400 would still work but would be on the heavy side. 3850mah I think would be perfect.

Pulse 5000mah 6S: 775g
TP 3850mah 8S: 800g
TP 4400mah 8S: 921g

If Kontronik is feeling like going one step further, there are even 9S options out there. Just thinking about an 18S-capable Kosmik gives some chills.

Here is a 3300mah 9S pack. 773g so its prob pretty close to the 5000mah/6S benchmark.

Another option. 3850mah 9S pack. 882g.
