Default PL8 not showing IR readings

I have a PL8 V1 running software V 3.31 and I am using the MPA board to hook up my batteries. I have it set to the XH/EH node setting in the charger. When I try to charge my batteries (5 X 4S 1800 mah) at 5C charge rate it will not show IR (charger or on the compute). I have checked all connections and they seem ok. I do have the balance leads hooked up and have reinstalled the firmware. If I charge them at a lower rate (3 C) it will show the IR readings. Both cases I am charging from storage levels. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

On my FMA CellPro 10S in will not from a storage level.
They need to be depleted closer to 80% discharged.
The ESR Meters sold by Progressive RC are excellent, and more accurate.
About $100

IR measurements are best done one pack at a time, at 1c.
