I think the photo is a bit off tho. As the 300x is definitely a bit longer. would be better to get a shot from above.

Here's a great comparison photo that someone posted in another thread.

uhm nice....I was thinking of getting a 130X but looking at the complaints and after my dissapointment with my 450X (motor too hot after just 2 flights) I think I will get the trex250 which seems the perfect size.

Lightbulb Tonight...

Not sure if we're in the same Time Zone but I'll have photo's up by about 19:00 to 20:00 tonight.

Specifically for this Thread, you just want the 300 X and Trex 250, side-by-side/multiple photo's?

Any other Heli?

Default 300x compared to Gaui 200?

Have Gaui 200/beastx and it flies good, looking at 300x and trex 250 DFC. I know these are slightly bigger than Gaui 200, how about flying area requirement and wind handling? I don't fly 3D yet mostly just circuits for now. I like the 300x because its got belt tail and pricing is right, but the Trex 250 DFC is very appealing but it'll cost alot more combine with beastx.

Does anyone has side by side pics of Gaui 200, Trex 250 and 300x?

Not sure why anyone cares about doing this for you. You certainly seem pretty ungrateful.

Besides, if you would spend a little time yourself looking at specs, you could work up your own picture.

How hot is too hot?

If you're hovering or doing level circuits, and your motor is "too" hot, then you need to look for other problems. A vibration, imbalance or drag somewhere else.

They won't come down cool, but you should be able to put your finger on it for 2-3 seconds with no trouble with easy flying.

If you're 3Ding and it's hot out, 2-3 seconds is not likely. My 450pro stock motor is quite hot after 3-4 minutes of flips, rolls, full pitch climbs - but they designed it to work, and it's worked for over a year.

Not at all

I want to see a true size compare as working it out from the spec sheet doesn't give you a full impression

I am only hovering as am still learning...did only 3 packs with the 450x and when I say hot it means that with 2 sec on the motor you will surely get a blister......was thinking of getting the 300x but to be honest have already a problematic 450x blade and dont wont to get into another problem....besides since I live on an island with not much support I would need to send abroad if I have problems

I'd Say, if you have a Local Hobby Store near by you really have to see the 300 X in person, it's a Great size for this Heli! Not too Small and not too Large but here ye go:

A size comparison between (front to back): Brushless mCPX (w/ BLADE extended boom), FBL Trex 250, 300 X and 450 X
