Default DX-9 Missing pitch and throttle settings

Hello Freaks! I have a DX-9 that for some reason will not display the TH and PC settings correctly on one model number. In the display there is only N mode no 1 and 2 or H mode to program. I use this TX with 4 other helis and they all have the correct lineup of modes, the little boxes with the numbers and an H. Not model 10 though. I can only program one curve. Now why in the world would the other model numbers work and not 10? I suppose I can transfer it to model 11 but I would prefer to have model number match heli because in the middle of flying three at a time I know I will put in the wrong number. It will happen. Since I am fairly positive I did something wrong if anyone has a suggestion, other than move/copy the model, let me know. I am going to copy it over to 11 and see what happens. Thanks for any help!

I know it sounds dumb but did you change it to a Heli Type model from the default Acro?
Then in FMode Setup menu be sure you have a switch assigned to both Switch 1 for Fmodes and a switch assigned to Hold.If switches arent assigned the modes will not appear in the programming.

Add: Now that I think about it more it cant be Acro. In FMode Setup menu you must have all 3 switch assignments set to Inhibit. That will give what you describe.
