What? Apollo? Free of planks? How's the heli pad progressing Scott? I probably won't make it out this weekend.

Hey Scott, Is that Apollo Field?
Yes it is Apollo. The heli area was just redone, but the charging area isnt finished yet, so I still have to walk down to the overhang on the plank side to charge my packs.

And no Chris, no sliding ones, but I was trying some inverted landings with my 450 over the weeds.

Martin: it looks done, but Im not sure if they are going to do anything else.

You don't need wind for 550 autos!

Don't need wind for 450s either, but it does make them easier.

Default Repainted the canopy again!

Just wasn't happy with the colors or how my canopy turned out, so I stripped it down and did a different design This thing shows up very very well in the sky now. I am happy with this design and how it turned out. This was my first attempt ever with an airbrush gun.

Nice! I like the way you brought the windscreen down to the tip of the nose. Lines from the side look good at an angle rather than parallel with the tail boom.

Great job,

Stretched Camera ship and new 600. I just rebuilt the camera mount and am waiting for Carbon Fiber Gear so the temporary ones aren't painted, should be fixed up within a month or so. Blades will be changed around when I get my 690's as well.

One for work and one for play, very cool combo Conway! You gonna bring the aerial unit to SHAG funfly as well to capture some cool above shots? That would be hella cool!

Hi Shawn,
Definitely will be bringing them both. I have the second one as a backup. I am almost done a camera mount for it as well but it is the "quick attach" method that I have been using but it won't have the camera on unless the other has technical difficulties (or crash). I would like to try and get some top down pics of heli's flying this year, and maybe try out the video with my HD camera.
