Anybody had trouble with their elevator servo on their nano cpx pulling down and not going up when you hit your idle up switch and give positive pitch?

Haven't had that problem. Is this a new Nano or new Bind to a transmitter? Might be a channel that needs reversed or a mix that is wrong. What Tx are you using? If nothing else has been changed on a previously working setup, then the servo failing would be my next suspect.

I bought the nano brand new along with a new dx6i. I have been flying it fine for the last few months until the canopy mounts broke so i did a frame swap. after the frame swap the elevator servo started acting up so i replaced which did not fix the problem. I haven't changed any settings on my tx since the frame swap. Maybe just need to re-bind??

rebinding is real easy, and check for play in the main shaft and head.
