Nice rendition of Elliott Carter, but how well does it play Rachmaninov?

Haha nice! Kept the videographer on their toes that's for sure. I have no idea how you guys do these crazy moves.

What's that one called where the heli is basically on its side, and just ever-so-slightly rocking left and right to keep its altitude? I'd love to learn that one. Defies belief that it can actually stay in the air.

Great flying indeed! But man, those mechanics are noisy - annoyingly so. Even before he lifted off I was thinking....WTF???

I'd shudder too if I knew I was about to go through that kind of torture!

That can happen on just about every heli I've ever flown. Usually it's during the part of the spoolup when the centrifugal force is approaching the speed where the blades are pulled out straight if they were not perfectly straight to begin with. Also transient vibrations occur as the speed passes through certain resonant frequencies as it ramps up. It's nothing to be concerned about if it goes away once it ramps up to speed.
