Need Some Ideas (long story)

Long Story, so turn back now if you dont want to read...

I have a Nano that bogs bad with hard positive/negative collective input. I have replaced the servos and can hover, flip it, and fly. If however I need to go full collective (75%+) it bogs and reponds as if the battery is dead/dying w/ TBO, Headspeed slows, Motor Whines... I run either eflite 45c 150mah or MH 200 mah 35C batteries in it. The eflite are brand new with only 3 flights on them, the MH have probably 25.

The main board was replaced and new power leads were soldered on during a BL upgrade that failed because of a poor solder + cheap set-up... (my fault). I re attached to power lead to the stock points and put in a HH BL Upgrade.

If I remember correctly this little heli was a powerful little thing with a lot of punch for hard collective input and now it has a hard time climbing. Even Pitch pumps bog it down.

Here is what I have checked:
Main gear in a good spot
Flat pitch at 0 collective
Main Shaft collar in the correct position
New Servos all 3 w/ new pushrods

Tail shaft is solid CF with Stock tail motor
I am currenlty running the MH frame, but had the same issue with the stock frame.

Any ideas are great...

Sounds like a dying motor......maybe just a bad motor....

I will give it a try. Is there anyway to test the main and/or tail motor?
