Upgrad XL 60 Graphite from GY501 to GY701 with Governor

Hello all, last year I started to fly my XL graphite that I built in '96, but never flew. I upgraded it with brushless servos, open gear tail, 520 gyro and Futaba 8FG radio. I'm mostly an FAI style flyer, and can't do any 3d stuff now. This heli flies super great as everyone has testified, and I'm so happy with it. Now I want to install a governor for more consistent head speed and less curve tweeking. So I've ordered a 701 gyro with governor, and need help with its install and setup. Will probably use all the same settings that the 520 gyro uses, but my main concern is with the governor install, particularly with installing the magnets. Is there a way around using the magnets? Can I get them installed in the fan without removing the engine, etc? I know that Futaba/OS has released a backplate sensor and OS back plate for the 91 engine. I've alread received the sensor from Tower, and am waiting on the backordered backplate for my 91 engine that I'm planning to use in a Rave ENV. So what's the easiest way to get my governor installed? Thanks for all responses. Rich
