Just wondering if anyone has machined any custom bellcranks to give push pull capabilities to the Fury. Would love to see some pics if you've done it.

Seems like the whole point of the servo support plate is eliminate the need for push/pull and all it's associated garbage.

I doubt it, as I see no need. The Fury flys ultra sweet as it is IMPO. But that is me.

If the servo supports are in place, I don't think that it would make any difference.

But I might be wrong.

it could help in the long run, do you carry your heli by the rotorhead out to the flightline?

if you have a long walk out there and have a tendency to hold it by the rotorhead, even the best digitals start showing wierd tendencies made noticable by ccpm.....all the flying stuff is pretty easy on the servos compared to that.

...could just carry it by the boom too, that is probably the best way to increase servo life/ precision in a ccpm heli.

Perhaps that is correct. But for some reason I feel more safe with the rotor head in my hand while the model is running, as opposed to having the head free to spool up quickly if some unforseen throttle play came in to action. But that is me.

yeah ok if you havent figured how to start up in hold, set up pcm failsafe and check the heli is on and the throttle p-rod is attached

the extreme headblock doesnt have a lot of grip area like the tempest, it is very easy to stress the servos on the way out to the flightline, it only takes a 100-150 flights before you really notice it.

thats where most of that "unforseen interaction" comes from......

pull pull doesnt do much in flight over the servo horn hooyahs the furies got...except add weight, parts and friction.
