Default venom 2-10 charger

Sooooo I came to the conclusion that having a single venom pro charger to charge all 8 of my 5000 6s was kinda dumb, and I bought the new dual venom 2-10 charger. Well at this point all I can say is hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. If any one has one by all means write me, because when I plug in my 6s into the new charger (both channels i will add) they are no where near balanced at all. yet if I plug them into my venom pro charger, they are perfectly balanced. So I took a step further and used a blinky, same result as the venom pro charger, balanced nice across the board, plugged into the new charger, welllll not so much. I have to cells that say they are at 4.59 volts, (isnt this physically impossible anyway, i though the most would be 4.20) anyway moving on, then I tried the batteries (all 8 of them (it took awhile trust me) in the telemetry system on my 600, of course 25.20 volts, which is 25.20 by 6 is 4.20. So I call venom, (not much help) they told me this is normal. Really, gosh I sure hope not. So anybody out there with the same problem, how did you fix it, and or what did you ever do, cause to be honest I am sooooooo lost.

so here is an update, wow fooled me. Actually it was not my 2-10 charger at all, but it was my venom pro charger. I put it on a separate blinky at the flying field today and it read the exact same numbers on my venom 2-10. the result wellllllll, I had one person put it on a different (thunderpower balancer) and it took 97 minutes to pull it together. My low was 2.10 and high was 2.33 now I am 4.19 low and 4.21 high. I found if you take the charger and charge it at .3 amps it will sit and balance the entire pack and then charge it back to 4.20 volts. However be prepared it takes forever to do this.

that would make sence that it would do that since the discharge for balance is i think 300mah. I'm glad it worked out now I feel better about pulling the trigger. Does that charger have the auto mode for nimh and nicd?

i have no idea since i do not even own those kinds of batteries. But I do know when you go into the mode switch you have to switch to either life, lipo nicad or nim. I am pretty sure it just does not switch on its own. I can read the manual really quick. lol
