I have a 550x I just built put the second brand new 730mx in the machine and on my IKON2 with out the main gear attached the vibration is off the charts. Anyone out there with the same problem. I ordered a xnova motor to see if its better. Used the real time log with and with out the lower bearing attached same reading. Hmmmm The Ikon2 came out of another machine that worked great and no vibrations. am I missing something??

I have had minor issue with vibrations on Align motors twice in the past.
Easily corrected with cable ties through the vent fins at the top while monitoring with iKON 2 and laptop. Still, disappointing for the level of vibration you seem to have. If the kit is new I would definitely seek a warrantee remedy.

Update.. Vibration problem fixed. Went to a Xnova 4025/830Kv.
Zero vibration from the motor using real time data from the IKON 2...
