Is there any way/place to get a YGE ESC serviced. My is acting up.

Here's a copy of email that was sent to me for repair procedure.

Hello,
please ship your repair item to the address mentioned in the signature block.
If you do not live in Europe, please note:
Fill out the CN22 customs paper, which you will find at the post office. Declare it as defect controller valued at about $20.00

once we checked the ESc, we will contact you and let you know the details /repair and the cost of repair. Payment in advance thru PayPal is accepted. Cost of shipping will be about 21,00 EUR depending on where you live.

It turned out there was not a problem with the ESC or the motor. I caught the PPM lead, that feeds FBL unit from the RX, between a servo mount and the frame. It was shorting the signal wire to the metal frame.
