3gx flight mode settings

Need some understanding what these are, why I would change, and what values do what. I've managed to set everything to zero and my new 250 project flys like a brick so I'm assuming its one of these.

Any help understand the align pc interface would be great as well

Flip and roll rate
Ele and ail end point setting (how is this different than endpoint setups in the DIR menus)
Swash damping
Swash acceleration.

Also in e tail setup, how to you determine how much delay to set and how can you tell what it's set at?

At 0? ya brick if it even flies. It seems you don't understand the 3GX. Flight mode settings pretty much can be default except for limits. Limits are set to prevent binding and also determines how tight your flips and rolls are. Read this post carefully
