Default JR rj11 was ripped from cord need help please!

My darn dog ran by and ripped the cord from my computer. Upon closer examination the plug remained in the usb adapter and the wire ripped clear out. Now I have a new RJ11 plug but I am not sure where to put the two wires.

Can anyone tell me where they go or better yet post a nice clear pic?

Thanks!

Hi mane3215,

am not ready to post pictures here, so I'll try to explain.
I have a jackplus, going into the JR, red wire on the end of the plug, small electrical contact. Black wire on the lower part of the plug, longer contact.

The plug going into the dongle. I am looking from the backside (contacts visible and accesible), cable down. Contacts from left to right :
1 : nc
2: red
3: nc
4: black

Hope this helps,

Ruud
