Anyone using the Compass branded 60A ESC?

Compass seem to have a re-badged YGE 60A ESC with part number E-ESC60. Is anyone running one of these on a Warp?

Is it the same as the 60A LV YGE with just a different label?

Hoping to run one of these with a Scorpion 2520-1360.

as far as I know it's rebranded YEP 60. YGE 60, at least the V4 one, is a bit narrower.

Ah, good to know. I think I'd rather a genuine YGE 60 (or 40) then.

Hello toml,

Compass ESC is not a YGE ESC. It´s not rebranded too. In Germany´s rc-heli board compass said that they esc´s are cloned from YGE. They only pay license fees to YGE.
I think because of the weigh and dimensions the compass ESC is a rebranded YEP ESC.

Compass ESC´s are running well with Scorpion´s KH 2520 1360 Motors. Can be read at rc-heli board too.

It's good to know they pay a license fee to YGE, however I think I'll still go for a genuine YGE!

It is not a yep!

I compared it to my yge 90lv and it is almost identicle save for no rpm lead or extra bec lead.

From my understanding it is made for compass by yge!

Interesting, the question then is whether the Compass branded one will be OK with the Scorp 2520 motor, where some of the YEPs apparently are not...

The motor worked on my YEP 45. Don't know about that particular esc.
