Default Gryphon Extreme Regulator

Does any one know if I can use the AUX port on the Gryphon Extreme Regulator to power the Switchglow?

I can't seem to find to much information about that port and what it can be used for.

Thanks

joe

Hi Joe,

the AUX port is ONLY for the low voltage alarm optional board or integrated low voltage alarm on some switches. You shall not use it to power any device, BUT you can use a Y cable from the regulator servo or receiver outputs ( depends if you use a GVR or GSR model) to power the glow ignitor or any other device, as long as the summ of devices plugged on it do require more current than the unit can give,

BEst regards,

Fabien

I power my gryphon little auto booster from the (-)(+) pins of the AUX port while using the signal pin for my low voltage alarm LED.

Don't see any issues with it.

The + - on the aux port is the same voltage as what you set the servo ports to.
This is stated in the manual. Just read it now cos I'm in the proses of installing the 7020 now.
It also states that you can use the aux as an extra output on the + - tabs.
