if you have a lower C rate battery then the 5amp should be fine..i crashed my CP3 with the 7.5 and the fuse popped fine on that...

Well today while taking off the 5A went pop! Just as Bugster said it would!

I have gone back to a 7.5A and as I had already ordered them I have put the resetable in-line too!

The heli was stock but now has extreme blades and flybar weights, I have them set 50% along the bars, wow what a difference so much more stable! Only now I don't know if it's the weights or blade or both...

Great news that the 5 amp fuse blew while taking off - much better then than later

And an excellent idea to experiment with - both 7.5amp fuse and a resetable in series. I hope you never have one blow again but it will be interesting if you do to see which one.

I'll bet a quid on the automotive
