What was it that you crashed, Antony? From the cut size looks like a 450, unless of course you were trying to fly while streaking stark naked, of course

Ouch, that looks like it smarts, and the damage list must be disappointing. Sorry to see that, but I guess it happens. It's amazing what they can do to themselves when they implode with barely a tip over. As for belts, well I stopped using them quite some time ago, but I still have one on the 250. Mostly that just fails by wear and tear, but I usually have a couple in reserve just to be sure.

Glad you had all the parts you needed. Let us know how the shakedown flight goes.

Cheers

Sutty

CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!

You fix the bird. But it looks a lot on the damage. Keep those blades, it must be antique.

Once, my Belt CP elevator servo doesn't look good, but I still give it a go. Less then 1 minute in the air, the elevator servo stop working. It was 2 meter in the air and start going backward. I lower the throttle, because it fly toward my car. It hit the ground tail first. But not much damage. A bent boom that I can still fix. Wooden blade. Feathering shaft. Main gear.
