Default pitch issue

Hi,
finishing my warp.
For the pitch setting, i have a problem :
with stock links lenght, i have at mid-throttle a pitch of + 6 or +7 degrees. Pitch curve is linear and servo arms are 90 ° on centered position.
Thanks for advises

with this configuration (stock overall lengths : 45 mm for swash rods, 57.5 for swash guide, 39mm for swash driver) i have , at mid-throttle) a positive pitch +6 °.

servos are from compass (mks?), servo arms with 16 mm distance are used .

Mine are 39mm

I hope the back one is lower(swash tilted backwards) because you can't really adjust it much.

it all looks good and exactly like mine so i'm not sure where your issue is, I had to turn my servo to swash links in 2 half turns to get zero at mid stick

can you show it with the head on and connected? you're using compass servo's I would have thought it would have perfect geometry

Are the pitch links threaded all the way down?
I have 0 threads visible.

I would just work it out with the pitch links if you can...as luigi says he has zero thread on his pitch links....my setup is + - 13...perfect zero at mid stick but my pitch links have about 4 threads showing...I really think it's case by case...in theory it should be perfect by the manual but mine never was...i always had a degree or two one way or the other that i just worked out in the links...

I'm sure mine may be because a servo is a hair out of 90...or, when reading my digital caliper my 39 mm May be slightly skewed in the points I measure when comparing to someone else.....And a little bit here or there may add up to a few degrees in the rinse......

I would also suggest to mount the head and take some close up to let us have a look...

For a zero pitch setting, i had to shorten the grip arm and then remove the hex nuts !!

Seems there are some available threads to turn in the swash links.is the elevator link also able to tighten a few turns?
If not, well, you just made your head a gram lighter without those two nuts

hi, thanks for reply

if i turn the threads in the swash links, swash is too low and i could'nt have enough cyclic movement (6 ° blue led on beastx).

do you think it's a problem to fly without hex nuts ?

+1, but it looks good the way you have it too.

I've just checked and my swash links are threaded all the way, no threads visible.

There should be no issues flying without the nut. Put loktite on the metal threaded rod to eliminate any possible rattle in the pitch links.
