I thought the S75 servos were good enough, but when I finally ran out of teeth (from stripping) I broke down a got the Hitec MG's. After installing all I could say was WOW, what a huge difference. The MGs work sooo much smoother and more in sync than the S75's. I guess you will have to experience the MG difference for yourself......

Typically if what someone is running works, they are happy. They just don't know any better. Once they switch, they see how bad what they are running is.
They forget, there is a reason that people give certain advice, and most times here on HF it is due to already trying what you are suggesting and finding that it works less well than the recommended method. Take tail servos. Lots of people recommending the 9650 as he ulitmate, because that is what they fly. But those who have tried a 3400 or 9257 instead find they work better. Not that the 9650 doesn't wrk, it is just the others work BETTER.
