Default Swift 550 Carbon FBL

Well, finally got the Swift FBL conversion done. Many thanks to Dennis P and The HeliFarm.com for all the help and the head and Bigole controller. It took a bit, but we finally got it all worked out and flying fantastic. I am really enjoying this bird again.

Ty.

I know it's not much to look at, but i find the colour scheme works good for my old eyes. Hence the amount of yellow on the boom and tail rotor.

Thanks

In which? Building the swift or converting it to FBL?

In building the swift, not too much, Tipical Century kit, couple wrong parts, missing parts. Nothing too major and Dennis P at The HeliFarm was very quick and fixing the problems.

In the conversion, Nothing except for my lack of knowledge on setting up a FBL controller. Now that I have done it, it's simple. Thinking of converting my Raptor 30 if I don't sell it.

What head did you use? I was thinking about trying a trex head but hate to order one if it won't work.

The head is the Century CN2517A head which is the same head that comes on the E640 Radikal. It comes with 2 different sets of pitch linkages complete with links and the one fits the Swift fine .

Thanks for the part number but I was hoping to use Align parts because of availability of parts. I wish Century had a couple more dealers because I think the swift is a solid heli.
