back to the SR

Love it or hate it, I learned to fly CP (sort of) with an SR. Still have it, and broke it out today. Wagged like crazy until I changed the gyro tape to some old, very thick and flexible Quark tape. Huge difference! So it's not like flying any Align heli, but really...not so bad.

For those with the uncontrollable SR tail wags, try some very loose foam tape.

At first, I thought it would be a dud, but not so.

Quark tape huh? I'll try that if mine gets to wagging too bad, right now she is doing ok though...thanks for the tip Ken! And as far as I'm concerned I like my SR, just bought a
second one as a matter of fact!

Try it...at first, the tape seems as though it will barely hold the gyro on, but it works. Heli taught me to fly. If you can fly an SR, you can fly anything!

Who sells that tape? I googled it and found cork, and quake tape but not quark??
Yes she can be tough, but like you said, fly it fly anything!
