Question Xtreme Blades

I have a set of 235mm Xtreme Blades from my old Blade SR that I sold awhile back. Has anyone ever tried them on the 300X and know if they would work or not?

Default Xtreme Blades

Hi.

Yes, I have these fitted to my Blade 300x, and have no problems with them.

Mine are a nice Orange colour and are easy to see !

When I landed heavily with my 300x for the first time I decided to not replace the woodies that are fitted as stock, and have used these ever since.

Mick.

Thanks Mick! That's good to know. The only thing about mine is they are the black ones which are hard to see most times. But, I guess I can always use them as a back up set to the woodies and the CF blades.

I mean I know these are cheap, but I can't see any reason to go with these over the Lynx plastic blades at this point since they are designed for the 300X. Sure the Lynx blades are maybe 5 dollars more, but I bet they perform 5 dollars better too.

How are they for IU above 75% with say, a Scorpion/Wicked class motor? Will they hold up? I bought a set of them a while back and they are sitting in my parts bin still unused. Got a great deal on some CF blades not long ago, so they never got tried

To those people I would say that making paper airplanes is a much cheaper hobby to pursue. Here you go...500 aircraft for $7.79

(and you can make nifty little hats apparently...or is that a boat)
