Default Another 6i/SR set up Question

I got my 6i the other day, so now I want to start setting up the prams in the Tx. My first question is : since I still have the training wheels on it, is there a different set-up to input into the Tx. I won't be flying any 3d just the normal puttering around with the training gear on. I want it to fly very mild to start with then I can bump it up when I need to. Any help would be great.

Elev 0 - 70% + 30% expo Elev 1 - 100% + 20% expo
Rudd 0 - 80% + 30% expo Rudd 1 - 100% + 20% expo

Travel Adj - all set to 100%

Sub Trim - All set to 0

Throttle Curve:
Norm Pos -
L - 0%
2 - 45%
3 - 60%
4 - 75%
H - 100%

Stunt Pos -
L - 100%
2 - 88.5%
3 - 75%
4 - 88.5%
H - 100%

Pitch Curve:
Norm -
L - 42%
2 - 46%
3 - 50%
4 - 75%
H - 100%

Stunt -
L - 0%
2 - 25%
3 - 50%
4 - 75%
H - 100%

Swash Mix :

Default ref: 6i/SR set up

Thanks Nigel, I just got a chance to see this. As soon as the weather warms up I can start the set-up process.

The channels seem to be bartered. When I apply thorttle the heli does elevator back, rudder does nothing, elevator does thorttle and aileron seems to work fine. My dx6 is in mode 2. And after a while
, 20 seconds, the tail engine starts and I have to disconect the battery to stop it. My main engine is disconnected for safety.

it sounds like you have some settings reversed, have you checked reverse menu?
Check to see if the rudd and pitch are reversed....also your gyro setting may need to be reversed on the gyro.....but check your reverse setting first....all should be set to N except Rudd and pitch as Nigel said....

Thanks a lot nighttrain. I play a little with the servo reverse and finally controls work as they should be. The final reverse settings that work for me were: thorttle, Aileron and Gear set to normal, Elevator, Rudder and Pitch set reversed. Again thanks a lot I was desperate and out of ideas.
