motor & esc set up?

ok, on my mini titan i have turnigy 55 amp dlux esc, turnigy batt. 2200 mah 25c, & a 2200 mah. @ 40-50c. a turnigy motor the red & silver, 7 pole, h2223- 3500kv. & a turnigy 9ch. i tried to search and cant seem to find the info. i pmed someone & just now thought about posting . ( not thinking clear, stearing at this thing to long ). ok, i dont do 3d, just miled stuff. today i got every thing togather, flew around for 4-5 mints. my batt., esc, & motor was hot! so what timeing & frequency should i be set on? my head speed is up enough it should be ok. thanks for any help! up date, i lowerd my pitch cruve & soldered all new connectors on, used a new flight power eon batt. 220mah 30c. i have a tritan eq charger & discharger, i charged it & discharged it 4 times. charged it back up & flew it for about 4 mints. thats what thay said to do, is this wright? anyway the batt. was nice & cool, along with the esc, motor was just a little warm!!! big diffrence.! thanks guys...
