I have been working on finalizing the 500 in Solidworks, but dont have drawings generated. If your looking for something specific, I can try to find time and make a drawing of it, import to AutoCad or whatever.................

For me it would be nice with the SolidWorks files directly, no drawings needed.

Thanks in advance, Stolpe

Cool Someone interested ?

I'm actually working on some titanium and aluminium upgrades like the main coronna, and the 90° tail pignons for the drived t-rex 500 version.

Some parts are actually made in delrin, but i would like to try to cut them in other materials and see what difference this makes.

Like this one for example wich is the tail pignon for the T500 wich blows out all time you are just tailflooring your tail blades... This makes me crazy when i just autorot in the field and could'nt reach the tarmac. I know that i have to change this... So i've managed to build a titanium one for replacement, and as i was working on it, i used the main corona to build it in strong aluminium. I've also rebuilded the autorotation gear and now have a fully upgraded lightweight metal system. Not much more vibrations than expected... I'm just kicking off tail blades, but they are much more quicker to replace then...

I do not have much time to modelize them, but i can manage to find some time to cut them. If someone is interested to share their draws, i will send him the finilized parts in return.

I'm also interested to work with you about parts that usually break off like this pignon. I can manage to build them in an industrial way and sell them to anyone who'd like it. So let me know is someone coul be interested in such project.

Sorry for my english, i know that froggies are not supposed to master it, but sorry.
