I use an ICharger 306b. Just got it this Monday. I really like this charger. Simple to use and very fast. I got mine from http://epbuddy.com/. It came with one free parallel charging board. I searched around and the prices for chargers don't vary much for U.S. retailers. You can get it from any number of retailers though.

I power it with 2x Dell 6650 server power supplies wired in series. Was simple to set up with some basic soldering skills. I got both from Ebay for $50. I used this thread to figure out the wiring. https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=310694. Big thanks to PCtomlin. His thread made it easy.

I use this same set up with my four Gens Ace 5000 maH, 22.2V, 30C packs that I fly my 550e FBL bird with. I also use this same setup to charge everything other lipo I have including 1s units used in my MCX. Absolutely ZERO complaints. I can easily charge all four of the 5000 maH units at once in less than an hour.

It sounds like you may need a high output charger.

There are several available at 1000W just remember to get a PS that will power it to it's full capacity. (amps and voltage, some require 30V input)

iCharger, FMA Power Labs, Voltz....for a few chargers.

Power supplies could be anything from a $10 server PS or several of them to a $550 Meanwell laboratory type PS.

It all depends how much money you want to spend and how handy you are with a soldering iron.
