Roll over question

Ok I roll over pretty easy I heard I need to put some shot in the tires ......i have a losi night crawler completely stock ......i dont know how to distribute the shot or how much I need ....any advice would be greatly apreciated

I use regular stick on weights from the local tire store. 7 oz in front wheels 3.5 in rear. Just wrap the rims and put the tires back on. You can buy at any auto parts store.

When are you having a problem rolling over? on a side hill? Going down a hill, or up? All of the above?

Generally, I'm not a fan of adding weight, but more re-distributing the weight. If you can get the heaviest thing (the battery) as low as possible, that would lower the CG quite a bit and not add much, if any, overall weight.

I built a servo mount/battery tray for the front axle on my crawler. The servo fits on one side of the pumpkin, and custom built a battery (tore apart some old nicds) in kind of a hockey stick shape so the battery fits on top and down the other side of the axle. The weight is low, and it is also directly over the front wheels which helps keep the nose down when climbing.
