Here's some pics of my 300x with my new canopy. Took fusuno only 10 days from first email to front door. Heli has a tarot zyx, wicked motor, all metal upgrades. (And yes I am aware that my skids are on backwards)

Have you tried to dye the main gear as well?

It's just plastic, not nylon right? Should work well...

What brand are your tailfins?

Just got the same canopy myself, love it! Fusuno etc. is good, but too heavy...

Fins are lynx.

I didn't do the main gear because I didn't want to take it apart haha. If I ever have to remove the main gear for whatever reason, I may try to dye it.

and here's a few pics of my 300x so far. I still want to dye the main gear black, and the fins yellow. but anyway, it flies pretty good, so i'm waiting to do the color changes until I need to take it apart again

You need to dremel the holes wider in the alu mounts in order for it to fit the 300X (made for 450 size)
