Default nx winter scale project

hi Guys,
may need your inputs on this project.
found a good deal on a jetranger(painted) with mechs.
though i already have a pod/boom nx with an extra new kit for parts.
so far i have this;
i. scorpion commander 90amp
ii. scorpion 4025 1100kv motor en route.
will be running this on 5s. i have a few of these for the boat.
i could just gut out my pod/boom for its electronics to cut expenditures.
i'm still thinking of FBL, but i haven't flown a CP FBL.
i been out from heli as i got sidetracked to quads and land rc's.
THANKS.
i will be asking questions along

Heck man if you've got a bird to pull the electronics out of thats what I would do, If you haven't flown for awhile, just use your flybar head for now, if that's the last thing you've flown,,, As far as FBL units I think Spektrums AR7200BX is one of the easiest to work with, doesn't require a programmer or pc to setup or make adjustments P.S. That's a very nice Scale lots of detail, looked at it several times
