I made a Facebook fanpage of our RC club a few days ago, and we need a lot more “likes” on the main page. I would be very obliged if those that read this and have a FB account, would take a few seconds and simply click “I like” on that page.

I’m sorry to say it is in Dutch, as it is meant for local people, but perhaps you might like a few pics of planes and helis that I posted. More will follow in the next days, I just started this.

Little problem, we have a special kind of FB page, called a "fanpage", and I don't have a personal FB page (yet). Fanpages don't allow to send or accept friends like personal pages do, it's more a company or organisation thing.

Well, for example, Facebook rules state this:
"You need 14 more likes on your Page to get access to insights about your activity."
So I need 30 in total. And there are a few other, more personal reasons.

I'm sorry to say that I'm not on that Face-Tube thingy either. I did try it once about 5 years ago, but people kept poking me and throwing pies at me or something....so I stopped. Can't remember where I put it now.....probably in a cupboard or a drawer somewhere....

Yeah, sorry, I'm kinda with Luke here. Tried it, and even with settings set to most private that seemed possible, just kept getting rubbish messages anyway. Then when they went to that timeline thingy, and every time you went to some website that had a Facebook plugin, it wanted to put a message about what you did on your timeline, that was a step too far, so I cancelled my account.

But Raf, it doesn't mean I don't like you
