Talking Finished mine according to Caotri's instructions

I had to file 1mm off the bottom of the black aluminium washout slider, which when mounted upside down, would be very near the bottom of the head block.

Reason is that the slider needs to be about 0.5 to 1mm higher so that the "SUPER PRO" arms will be horizontal when elevator lever is square. But come to think of it, I needn't have bothered.

Have had about 10 flights with the Gyrobot 900. It flies well.

Have not got my GB900 tuned perfect:
- Tail stops are not as clean as I like. It is OK at high HS, but has a single mushy kick at low HS, when stopping.
- I find that I have small roll oscillations only at the end of a pack, weird.

Hi, it is cool to hear that you liek this mode.
You also can cut down the centerthub abit and used the hold for sesaw befor to put the crew for main sharft in.. it make the head lower and look for cool and allso fast roll.

Default Got a query

Hi guys, I was just wondering if I could just buy a set of new washout control arm and simply fix it without mod? Thinking of trying. Pls pardon me if my question sounds really silly, I have no idea on FBL heads.

i like your conversion, its cooler and cleaner!
ill try to find out if i can do it on my hk450gt pro...

your conversions are so neat!

as of the moment, this is my setup:

the arms needed a spacer or the blade grip links would look like this ^_^ the mix arm were too close to the head shaft!

and found i could use the original bearings of the inner flybar cage as spacer for the mixing arms!

to make the blade grip link straight

made a lock screw here

then removed the cable tie
it was just for testing purposes and fix everything!
