I've been searching like a bloodhound and can't find them. When can I order from mshdirect.com?

I did not order any yet, trying to put an order together now.
This is always a bad time of year for the shop.

I would like to get some of the new colored cases for the Brain as well.
MSH has also rereleased naked kits for the 450 and 500.

Well crap. Maybe I can bully helidirect into ordering them. Literally the last piece I need to rebuild my favorite heli!

Those are pretty cool

Personally I am going to give 2 to 3 more weeks to get one of these new msh pinions. If nothing becomes available I will probably go with the lynx pinions and be done with it. Doing autorotations on a 450 is not a fun thing for me , more like an emergency thing and even then MY mini P autos like a brick. I could do without the owb.

If I wanted a solid pinion I would have bought the more powerful warp motor instead of the msh one :/

At the moment we made available 14T-15T and 16T

13T and 17T will follow in around 3 weeks.

Yes shops in Europe ordered them and they'll get them next week.

regards,

Corrado

I've been beating on the new pinion for about 20 flights now doing the cutest little overspeeds into a full collective pop over and over again.. Going to swap in the 16T now so I can get some more cow bell out of it. (-:

If it can survive Alex, it can survive anything. 6s msh motor I'm guessing?

The question is, can it survive the scorpion 2520 and the Xnova 2618 on 6S ?

LOL. Thanks for the kind words.

I think this is one of those tough problems where you need 100 flights (or maybe 200) to really know if it's good. And then there is the consistency in mass production.

Mine seems totally solid and I'm doing what I can to shock the OWB into failure. Historically most owb have given up on me during bad overspeeds where I load it hard as it hits the peak rpm. The owb is disengaged in the overspeed and the load aggressively re-engages it. It's the act of harshly reengaging it that stresses it.

I actually don't have a 16T yet, so will just keep flying on the 15T.

Yeah flying 6s , stock 1300kV motor, 360mm blades. Brain governor. The most I can get is 3500 rpm. But really want to go to 3800 rpm. (-:

3800 on 360s? Dang.

Your current settings don't give much headroom. I'm usually targeting about 15% headroom at the end of a flight, which is only 3000 on a 15t and 3200on 16t
