Some geeky hatcam from this morning. Some of it is out of focus, but you can get the idea. Ditched the stock motor for an old JGF 400DH from the Honey Bee King days. WAY quieter and smoother. 300X has never flown better.

I love his flying smooth and tight. Pretty much though the 300x is about the best bang for the buck heli wise, out of the box go go...

Looks good, Antoine! I like how those blades show up against the blue sky.

Default Windy Day flying

I thought I would put this heli up to the wind test. I have been known to try and fly in conditions that are less than favorable. Most of the time it works out alright. I wanted to see how this bird handles the wind. Today, the winds were steady at about 20-25mph with gusts of 30-35mph. You can see the trees really rocking. I was flying in a cul-de-sac that was a little protected by trees on all sides, but I was very surprised at how well this heli handles the wind.

Default A little messing around by the house

Bad timing. Was my day off and ended up flying right in time for the kiddos getting out of school.

It was dead on the road and all around a min before the heli got set on the ground and the video started. Talk about getting alarmed. I honestly should have landed the thing when the cars were pulling in.

Plus, I convinced my wife to film me. She doesn't like these money guzzlers so she isnt too enthusiastic about filming em.

My bad

It was fun though!
