Bobby Watts and Nick Maxwell placed 2nd and 3rd at the recent 2008 XFC with a very new prototype 90 (only 2-3 weeks old) - details are just about non-existent but there's said to be 'exciting new stuff' under the canopy - a well informed source told me that it's likely to be at least 9 months before anything becomes avilable to ordinary folk - if past history is anything to go by with MA - my guess is it's likely to be an evolution of the BW Stratus rather than a whole new product

I want to see them my a 600 electric that's light and fast.... Something with a 6.50lbs flying weight with a 10s 3700 Lipo. Sorry not trying to get off topic. Thought just popped in my head.

Just speculating, but watching MA go from the Fury to the Stratus and now from the Stratus to the new 90, I'd imagine it's gonna be something worth the trouble. I'll guess we'll see soon enough but my money is that it's gonna be more than just a BW Stratus Super Pro.

Based on the Vibe 50's price now being in line with the 600N it may be an indication that MA is trying to compete with the new 700N and the Aurora. I'm probably wrong but who know's.

This is a guess on my part, but I am betting the new .90 will be a scaled up version of the yet to be released .50 size[Bandit(?) not the Razor] and not just an evolutionary development of the Stratus. In the pictures I've seen the fuel tank arrangement looks similar. Just a guess tho....

It would be a shame to sacrifice quality in order to build down to a price - the latest batch of 90s seem to be engineered to be cost effective although I was pleasantly surprised to have a close up on a T700 yesterday which seemed nicely engineered (not in the same league as the Stratus though)
