I would like to hear some opinions on these two helicopters. I have a compass atom 500 now and it's pretty awsome. I'm really interested hearing about the chaos line.

It may depends how you want to fly it, and what setup. The Compass helis are generally in a different league to Align, and the Chaos is a (good) Align clone - not really comparable.

If you want a hard 3D machine, I would suggest 6HV (I don't have a 6HV, but I have had a Atom 500 for a few years), but if you want something cheaper for more docile flight or fitting into a scale fuselage, then Chaos 600. I replaced the gears, balls and links on my Chaos 600 before fitting it into a Seahawk, and it is fine, but it probably a bit like comparing a BMW to an old model Hyundai (both quality and price).

Thanks for you opinion. I was going to try another brand. But I already know the quality of compass now so I guess I will just stick with them. I wanted to try a chaos but like you said they are a little out dated.
