Default Bad ESC or motor?

I have a Nano with the factory brushless installed. I have flown it for a few months now and never had an issue until now...

Sometimes while flying, even doing a simple hover, the power will cut out mid flight. The blue light turns off, motor shuts off, and it drops, like when you hit throttle hold.... sometimes it will power back on while its dropping and I regain hover.

Is that a bad motor? esc?

I also think it might be the 3-in-1 board also... When I hover now, it twitches, its doing like a jerky left/right rudder, its not really a tail wobble. It will move right rudder a few twitches, then back left a few twitches, and repeats.

I had the same exact thing happen when the tail motor lead was shorting out I was able to isolate it by running it without the tail for a full battery. I ended up using liquid electrical tape to stop the lead at the board from shorting(they were twisting).

A bad connection can cause this. Check for frayed wires especially where they connect to the board.

Yeah, I didn't see any lose connections or frayed wires...

So i figured my batteries were going bad.

I ending up buying 4 Microheli 200 mah 35C lipos

Edit:

Yeah, it was the batteries.... Did a run with all 4 of my existing batteries, then tried a flight with one of my new batteries, and the wierd wobble and other issues went away..

Here is a video of what it was doing before:
