Stay with the 13 tooth pinion.
Get the highest capacity lipos you can find that weigh no more then 300 grams for each of the 3S packs. Model get a bit heavy once you have more 600 grams of batteries up front.

3200 mah to 42500 mah should fit into this weight range.

Read this.

Use 13T pinion for longer flight time. More T on the pinion brings you more HS RPM, thus less fligth time.

here is a good HS calculator just for the 550....you can figure out headspeeds with diferent pinions.

It only goes down to 14T...

13 tooth on 5S might be a bit low on the head speed. I think 14 tooth would be low as you would want to go.

I'm running 13T, 5S, Z30 and i can get 2100 rpm on 100%. I run it at 1630 RPM for longer flight time. Oh, yeah, and i'm running 550 mm blades. For orientation, hurricane will hover at as low as 1000 RPM, if you wanna talk about low rpm. I can do backflips, loops, rolls and i have no problem with manouvering. That is much more than a noob can handle.

I had problems reaching the same manouverability with my 450SE at 100% RPM
