Default Show us your Quick of Japan!

The Quick of Japan line of Helicopters is definitely an underdog.
Hopefully this thread will help gain interest in these well made and nice flying machines.
Here are a few quick snapshots (sorry I am no photographer) of my QJ EP-8v2 SP.
I am running 6 cells with a Hyperion Titan 50 ESC driving a High End Technology Typhoon 600-34 motor.
The only negatives I have on the EP-8 are the stock landing gear and the canopy.
Both easily replaced as you can see.

aironman - Can you post some details on your EP16 like motor, batteries, servos, etc?
Thanks!

Thanks for the details aironman.
It seems that most helicopters this size go with an 8S.
Is the performance pretty good with a 4S battery?
How long are your flights?

Thanks for asking Paul , That set-up was used on it;s maiden flight. I always experiment when it comes to setting up the helicopter. At one time I lost one of my tail rotor due to too much head spead. This maiden flight somehow extended to 11 min. I will try to run a few different set ups that would involved a parallel and series on batteries. I have a cc high voltage speed controller that I plan to use a 14 tooth and like you said 8s or 10s
Thanks Aironman
