What happens when a HeliJive v13...
has a poor connection on one of the 3 motor leads?
I have a HeliJive 120HV with V13 on a SAB 630 with an iKon. Last week, on flight 6 of 8 after I plugged the packs and spooled up, I noticed that as it got to full head speed, the iKon started to tilt front and over. I hit TH and went to take a look. With power still on, but in Hold, the Ikon wanted to quickly level off towards the front right side. I disconnected the packs and connected again. It looked normal and spooled up without issues. It flew fine. Flight 7, the same thing happened.Hit TH and reconnected the packs. All good and flight 7 went fine. Same with final flight #8 until I was just about to land with 7 or 8 inches from the ground, then all power went out. No power to anything. When I got home and checked things out, I noticed that one of the motor leads was not fully connected (It's an RCPROPLUS bullet). If the male and female ends don't snap together fully, then they can end up coming apart. I couldn't find any other issue. I spooled up without main blades and tail control disconnected on the bench, and the cyclic remained steady. No significant vibrations. Pretty smooth actually at over higher than normal head speed. So with one motor lead with poor connection, when the HJ drives the motor, will it run real rough with vibrations? Enough to cause problems with FBL unit? And if the HJ loses a motor connection, does it cut off power to the BEC? I had 8 flights this morning with no problems.

I had a motor connection get really bad on my Protos and the motor quit, but the BEC kept going strong. That was with a Koby 90, but I assume they all work the same way.
If I had vibration issues because of this, my SK-720 wasn't affected by them and nothing showed up in my vibration logs.

Did you check for a blink code... If the helijive shuts down it usually tells you why with a blink code on the LED

I also suggest to check the blinking code. Just bad connection to one motor wire sounds a bit odd. Also the BEC still would stay on as I experienced myself.
You may have a different issue. Check all wires to your FBL system.
