Help with a 700 class helicopter

Hey,
I'm a little new to gas helis. After seen this (

) I badly wanted to build one. The guy in the above video says that he had used a trex 700 rotor head. I have some stuff to make sure before jumping in to this project.
I'm going to use a chainsaw engine. I can find one from a scratch yard cheaper. May be 50-60$. And do some repairs. They have a rpm about 8000 to 14000. And delivers a good horse power.
1)is it possible to build one from a chainsaw engine? I saw two in youtube.

2)does this rotor head kit come with the blade grips? Or I have to buy them separately?

3)I'm going to use a cheap fbl unit. Copterx cx-3x2000. And upgrade to an ikon unit later. Is that ok?

4)I thought not to use any gear reduction to the main rotor. Just to use a pair of bevel gears to drive the tail. Is that doable?
