SK720 tail wag

When I go full pitch while hovering the tail starts to wag violently. I have check all mechanics. Is this a FLB setting? I do a have log to send.
Otherwise the its flying good

Not sure as I am not there to see the mechanics. But, a combination of how high the gov gain and tail gain settings are can induce this behavior.

Turn off the gov, then tune the tail gains till it wags, then back it off about 4 clicks. Now turn the gov back on and tune it also till the tail wags under hard pitch pumps, then also back it off.
